-
Your dog/s
must be kept on leads at all times in the interest of others who
may also be visiting at the time with or without their dogs.
-
Owners of Dogs
that run off lead and damage other peoples property or cause harm to another
person, will be fully liable for all damages incurred.
-
Upon
arrival please toilet your dog in the area provided adjacent to our car park.
This can save a lot of embarrassment and most dogs are eager to toilet
themselves after traveling.
-
Cats
must be transported in secure carry baskets/crates. We take no
responsibility for cats that escape as a result of not being properly
contained within an approved cat carrier. The owner will assume all
responsibility in such an event.
-
A hire fee of $5 will apply for the use
of one of our cat carriers for owners who do not provide such
equipment for their cats. This is to secure your cats safe transport in and
out of our cattery and to your car only.
- Owners are asked
not to accompany pets to their lodgings as this does not assist the pet to
settle in. Pets will look for owners for days if they can smell the owners
scent within the general area of the pet’s room. Owners are asked to observe
our request for the benefit of their pets and not follow our carers.
